MetalQuest Unlimited is a state of the art manufacturing facility located in Hebron, NE. We are currently seeking to fill the position of IT Specialist. This person must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain phone systems
- Provide network, user software and troubleshooting support
- Maintain records, asset tracking and prepare reports
- Participate in installation, configuration, upgrade and management of computer hardware and software – including servers, work stations and thin clients
- Resolve applications (MS Operating Systems, Office, MS Exchange, SQL and other applications) and hardware
- Configure printers and establish local or network connections – assist with resolving various printing issues
- Occasional weekend and evening work for installation, troubleshooting and replacement of infrastructure and components. This also includes on call support for infrastructure needs.

Job Requirements:
- 2 year Associate’s Degree
- Self starter with excellent communication skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of end users
- Accurate record keeping skills
