Advanced Machinery
At MetalQuest Unlimited, the production of quality component parts comes from pairing top level operators with the most advanced machinery, and supporting these operations with an experienced quality team. Quality procedures include the inspection of final parts with rigorous control procedures.
Computer-controlled Inspection
Utilizing the advanced technology of computer-controlled inspection machines, literally hundreds of comparisons of diameters, lengths, widths, and angles can be carried out simultaneously and verified against a 3D model of the part within a few seconds.
Total Traceability
Once receiving inspection is complete, raw material is entered into our inventory system, tagged, and stored in an assigned location until it is machined. As operators pull material, key information is logged in our system to ensure that all finished parts are traceable to the exact material they were machined from.
Continuous Improvement
Improving processes, procedures, and overall production are ways to reduce costs and waste in a manufacturing environment.
